Everyone should see this

This is a video of a man named Jim Valvano. He was a college basket ball coach at NC State and he had cancer. He was a very energetic and charismatic person even though he was very, very sick. He reminds me of my friend Mark. He was very much the same. He was a great person, one of the best people I have ever known, and even when he was very sick he was an extremely positive and happy person. Both my friend Mark and Jimmy V were people you just wanted to be around. Something I always try to remember even when I may be having a bad day is that there are people on this earth who have it much worse than myself and that what ever is weighing down on me is nothing in comparison. These people are very inspirational to me and I think this video is just as inspirational.

Jimmy V died only about 1 month after this was filmed, but I think this video does some of what Jimmy V meant to do and always reminds me about what things are really important in life.
